PRE - Parish Religious Education

2024-2025

There will be a parent meeting on August 28th at 6:30 in the church. Classes begin on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. 

• Please register your child now. There are forms in the church vestibule as well as links to online forms below.

• If you are new to Sacred Heart or if you are enrolling a Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade student then we will need a copy of their baptismal certificate.

• All 2nd and 9th graders need to attend all classes unless there is an emergency.  They are in Sacrament preparation and it is important that they attend.

• This year drop off and pick up will be at the main Elementary Building Entrance. Please do not park in those parking spots so pick up and drop off will be easier.

OCIA - Order of Christian Initiation of Adults 

Rite of Christian of Adults usually begins in the fall around the end of August or September and will continue until Easter.  We meet on Monday nights during that time.

Confirmation

Confirmation is March 16, 2025 at Sacred Heart. Parent information will be sent out closer to time. Mrs. Sarah M. Koch is the coordinator for all sacrament preparation. Email is the best way to contact her at shdreoffice@gmail.com.

First Communion
