Pre-k Enrollment / Re-Enrollment

Dear Pre-k Parents,

Please note you will be receiving emails from FACTS to complete enrollment and/or payment plan setup.

Since not all families attend June, July, or all of August, they are set up to bill as an “incidental” whereas September-May are set up as a tuition payment plan. You will have the option to set up a bank draft (ACH) payment at no charge or a credit card which will incur at 2.95% fee. If you need to make other arrangements, please contact Annise in the school office at 501.354.8113 or aryan@sacredheartmorrilton.org. All families will also see an incidental charge for your $50 supply fee. For those who have already made payments, we are in the process of crediting those but you can contact Annise if you believe your record appears incomplete.

RETURNING FAMILIES – you will receive an email to complete the enrollment process. This take place every year and will require to review your information and submit your packet. You will be prompted to set up your tuition payment plan within this process. There is a $30 enrollment fee charged when you submit the enrollment packet.

NEW FAMILIES  - (those who started SH in the past few months) – you will receive an email to set up your payment plan as you have already completed enrollment.

At any time you can login to your parent portal to make adjustments, etc. If you cannot find your email from FACTS, login to your parent portal (our district code is SH-AR), scroll to Apply/Enroll: Enrollment/Re-Enrollment and you should see your child’s packet.
