2025-2026 Annual Tuition & Fees (K-12)

Sacred Heart Catholic School is committed to access, diversity, and a belief that Catholic education should be available to those who desire it. As such, we are committed to maintaining affordable tuition and fees. This is accomplished through family support of local parish tithing, private donations, and school fundraising efforts (all of which provide for school subsidies), as well as volunteer support hours. We offer need-based tuition assistance scholarships through partners organizations, as well as with our donor directed school funds. The amount of aid offered to each family depends on the amount of money available and individual family circumstances and, as such, may vary somewhat from student to student. To assist the school's Financial Assistance Committee in determining financial need, the school uses FACTS, an outside service that collects and processes all financial assistance paperwork. All completed applications and corresponding documents are confidential and decisions are made by our administration.

TUITION:
Sacred Heart full tuition is calculated based on the cost to educate each student. Beginning in 2025-2026, all students are eligible for an Education Freedom Account (EFA) to help pay for tuition and fees (so long as they are eligible to enroll in a public elementary or secondary school in Arkansas and have at least one parent who is a resident of Arkansas).  The chart below reflects the amount due per student after applying EFA funds and a subsidy benefit provided to all families, thanks to parish and donor support. It does not reflect any need-based assistance.

2025-2026
Cost of Education per student / tuition: $9,600.
EFA amount: $6,995

FEES:

  • Fees (to cover the cost of books, materials, etc) - due at registration - $390/student. Elementary students also incur a $75 fee to cover school suppplies.
  • School Engagement Fee - Parent participation in their child’s education, both academically and by working at various school activities and fundraisers, is a significant part of the Sacred Heart experience. The equity earned through fundraising and donations helps to maintain affordable tuition, keeps parents engaged with their child’s school, and teaches students the value of service and supporting causes that matter. It also provides a subsidy that keeps tuition affordable. This fee may be waived in part or full through the completion of volunteer hours at the school throughout the school year.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Tuition is due the first of each month, beginning in August at Registration. Payments may be made monthly for 10 months. Checks or credit card (processing fee applies) are accepted.
  • One-time payments or recurring payment plans via bank draft or credit card, can be set up in the FACTS Family Portal.
