ENROLLMENT UPDATE FOR FAMILIES:

• All families should have received an email from FACTS prompting you to complete the online enrollment packet. There is a $30 fee/enrollment assessed in order to submit your packet.
• If you cannot find your email, you can login to your portal at https://bit.ly/SH_FACTS_FamLogin, the district code is SH-AR, from menu select Apply/Enroll, Enrollment/Re-enrollment and you should see an enrollment packet for each student in your family. NEW families will need to create an account using the email you used in your application.
• NEW THIS YEAR: near the end of the enrollment packet, you will be prompted to select a tuition payment plan based on the tuition statement that was mailed to you earlier (note-the Pre-k plan is ONLY for pre-k students). Payment plans will be by family (pre-k will be separate and will be sent out soon).
• Some families’ tuition balances are not entered yet because we are waiting on information, such as EFA awards. You will receive an email once this is complete.
• If you do not have a tuition balance due (either because we are waiting on award info or because you have a zero balance), select the Skip A Payment Plan Selection.
• Each student will be assessed a $375 registration fee, due August 20.
•  If you need to extend this deadline, please email aryan@sacredheartmorrilton.org asap. This fee defaults to an automatic payment and will be automatically drafted UNLESS YOU UNCHECK THE BOX. Fees should be paid online through FACTS unless you have contacted the office for other arrangements. ACH bank drafts are free; a 2.95% fee will be charged for credit card transactions.
• Elementary students will be assessed a $75 school supply fee, due August 20. This should also be paid online through FACTS. Again, be sure to uncheck the auto pay box for incidentals or this will automatically be charged to your payment.
• In your Financial tab in your Family Portal you will see charges for this school year including your tuition payment plan, incidental charges including pre-registration and the elementary supply fee, and pre-pay accounts such as lunch and after school care. If you scroll down, you will also see past year’s balances and credits.

FOR FAMILIES WHO NEED TO APPLY FOR AN EFA:

• The application portal re-opened Tuesday, July 30th. Please apply asap as funds are awarded on a first come first serve basis.

FAMILIES WHO HAVE RENEWED OR ALREADY APPLIED FOR AN EFA:

• All families should have received an email from ADE prompting you to create your account. Please complete this process asap and select Sacred Heart as your school if prompted to do so. If you have any other incomplete areas, please complete asap.
• Once families are connected to the school (week of August 5th), we will enter your EFA billing information for tuition and fees, if available.
• Once complete, you will be able to login to your EFA portal and see your EFA balance and submit your EFA invoice for payment (to be done each quarter).
• If you used 23-24 EFA funds to pay your 24-25 registration or school supply fee, we will be updating this in your FACTS portal asap if it is not already.
• If you have a remaining EFA balance, you may be able to use it for uniforms or supplies. This is discussed in the zoom.

If you have not received an email about activating your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://efa.ade.arkansas.gov
2. Enter the email associated with your EFA application.
3. Click "Help! I forgot my password".
4. Change your password.
5. Log in using the email and new password.
6. Once logged in, you should see your child's name and a "Select School" button.
7. Click "Select School" and complete the process.
